Frame measurement
In stickys book the measurement from top of toolbox door opening to steering cone is 45 cm, mine is a good 46 cm do we have a problem Houston. non chrome ring Spanish Li frame series 3

I'd say not. I think on most of the Lambrettas I've owned the measurement is plus or minus 1 cm. More importantly is the frame twisted at all?

A measurement significantly less than 45cm would suggest a front end impact. A measurement greater than 45cm would suggest a front end stretch
