I'm thinking of replacing plastic runners on my S1, with stainless one, so I can get them powder coated to better match rest of scooter.

However whenever I look on line at the stainless rear runners, they look to be a different shape to the plastic ones.

The metal ones, the inside and outside one on each side look exactly the same shape.
Yet when you compare inside and outside plastic ones, they are clearly differnet shapes and lengths.

So anyone know of any difficulties fitting the stainless rear runners on a S1 or S2 ????

hope this makes sense !!

I've never fitted any but the few I know that have say they are difficult to fit and need bending to fit. Apparently get slippery when wet (although I've never tried  )

Can you not get LI125 S1 alloy ones, and powdercoat them first??
At least they will fit correctly.
