May have moved wires by mistake, but can't see a loose one on headset or reg. any ideas, also what colour is kill switch? :o

Thanks ppl

Sil no indicators, electronic ignition (not sure who's), no battery, GP 150 now imola with Augusto timing

Green

The switch allows the green go to earth, have a look at the CDI (if you're electronic) there will a pair of greens next to each other, make sure they are both secure, if the one from the loom is off it will not shut off or in the bulb holder (this is the junction box on a GP) there will be the same pair of greens one switch the other loom, again if one is out you won't make the circuit through the switch.

They are the only two place for ignition - i think.

Nothing to do with regulator.
Should be 2 green wires connected to CDI. One from stator, one from headset. At the headset end the green wire is earthed when you hit the kill switch. Is the earth to the switch OK?

Sparks means NOT a good earth.
Clean and resecure, and that should kill the (green) feed and earth it out to stop engine.
