For the second time in a week, my dipped headlight bulb has blown, any ideas what would/could be the cause (px engine vnb).

loose connection?
check where bulb connects & add an extra earth wire will help

Connections are good, new loom, I will add another earth lead. Could it be the regulator, not regulating?
