Anti noise textured paint

Any idea where I can get this from? Need it for the rear mudgaurd and the cylinder cowling on my TV series 2.

Underseal will do this but I'm not sure how heat resistant it is for the cowl.

Mybe Rimini Lambretta Centre for some pre CFE (clause attached)?
