harry barlow built my 60x117 (or was it 116?) crank for about 200 quid. I believe he used mec parts for mine as the webs were the same looking as all mec cranks and it had a bronze rod. Its a very reasonable price for the spec, but what bhp it could cope with i have no idea, as my scoot aint been dynoed or even ran in fully yet. My set up is small block suzuki tuned by myself, and ive chased after hp and revs, so its not a standard torquey small block, it has a very sharp power band.

Ollie, I would have thought Harry built you a Yam rodded crank at 115? As for cranks that meet your criteria, AF, Scooter Centre, Harry of course, Cambridge (bit OTT (and pricey) for 20 brake though), Martin at Chisel.

More than likely HB will have used a 115 Yam rod. TV rod is 116.
