Mag flanges

Are there any functional differences on different Indian mag flanges or should they be avoided at all costs?

I'm gathering bits for electronic ignition conversion and I'm probably getting new mag flange as most of the threads on my original mag flange are in quite sad condition. Scooter Restorations have two different mag flanges: one with Innocenti stamping and another with SIL stampings. Are they basicly the same or is the more expensive one worth the extra money?

my mate went for the cheaper indian one and when it turned up it was stamped innocenti! Some indian stuff is i believe, it is currently sat in his rb22 nice and happy
