^ I think because everyone's desires, needs and requirements are different. But I do understand your sentiment. Probably the best way would be to go riding with some mates and see who has what and how it performs for them. OR just buy one and see what it is like. If you don't like it buy another. This is what two stroke racers do. But they have a captive group of guys to study.

Exhaust: TSR do an expansion pipe we have tried, well made and cheap at around £160.00, well worth a look.

Well I bit the bullet and bought one .
Looks good in comparison with the Indian one's !
ie AF and KBA . Two piece u-bend with spring connectors.
And it comes with a gasket and clamp and a spring pulling tool .
£120 to the door direct from Scootopia.
Longer inlet cone from the U-Bend to the box like a Ancilotti !
I intend to run this on a STG 4 185 cast iron kit with a 24mm Mikuni .
Just have to wait and see now!

got one on my tv175, 24mm phbl, electronic and cyclone box, otherwise standard, not too noisy, seems well made and happy with how it goes, would love to see a direct comparison with a mb clubman, but the werent available when i needed a pipe

just bought one, and about to fit it to my RT195 kitted scoot....

Innocenti put the tapped hole in the crankcases during the S3 run due to fracturing problems on the end tail pipe and the front bracket. Does help and gives a more secure fitting.
It is possible to drill the casing on earlier cases, but I think it means moving the additional bracket on the exhaust to line up with the newly drilled hole (The factory tapping was in a different place to the only available place for the DIY mod.)
I'm running an early TV175S3 and haven't bothered- no problems to date despite my home-brew 42mm Clubman/ chrome outrigger set up (looks plus Clubman power and that oh so good "pop pop" sound!!

There is also the danger of drilling too deep!
