squish on a polini 210 cast

Hi folks fitting a polini 207 cast kit with beedspeed profiled head ...with no gaskets fitted , piston not touching the solder ..which is over 2mm...?
any ideas ?
appreciate any help cheers !

What's the distance between the piston and cylinder deck at TDC?
