Hi,i have a recently fitted a mikuni tm24 to my 200 sil motor,problem is at half throttle its 4 stroking(machine gun effect)but once u t 3/4 its fine,
set up is -sil 200,42 mm clubby,standard air box(drilled),tm24 185 main,17.5 pilot standard needle 2nd clip from top,air mix screw 1 1/2 turns out.

would dropping needle to bottom clip,making it leaner mid throttle help or dropping pilot to 15?any ideas would be appriciated
