Head not fitting

Following on from the spring posting.
This was dragged in a couple years ago, chap fitted his own top end but couldn't get the head to fit:

These are are the type of scooterists I deal with in work, the ones that need a tad more experience, and a lifetime ban from spanners :lol:

Get on. you could do a spigoted head with that, Squish might be 40mm but hey.....

I did think on that Simon, but it was the plug length that had me baffled :oops:

Bit of porting and polishing on the 4T head requred: should be a monster!

Not sure I know of a 70mm reach plug either :lol:
