Just finishing scoot, horn is weak the wiring loom and horn are of a electric start model with batty ime not running a batery will this make a differance and are all px horns the same

Battery PX's run a DC horn, without a battery the horn is a shite MOT fail.
You will need to fit a battery, or drop a AC feed to the horn and fit an AC horn.
