Just to check guys is the DC BGM V3 ok to use for normal AC use ? is it ok to tape up the spare wires or would it cause damage leaving open circuit/off load ?, also what does the V4 have over the V3 is just the slots/back plate ?
any thoughts please

You need to connect one of the yellows to earth, it doesn't matter which one. The the other yellow connects to the regulator
