With the 'Piston Crown to Top of Barrel at TDC' measurement if the piston crown is below the top of the barrel by say 1mm do you enter a figure of 1 or -1?

If you read it out it makes sense - crown to top of barrel - in that order.

So if the piston is below the top face of the barrel it's positive.

If it's out the top it's negative.
