Hi can anyone tell me what the correct spark gap is for a ts 1 ? My scooter is idling erratically , it settles down , then revs high then misfires then cuts out !!! I think I've got a problem with carb rubber not sealing , my plug is oily aswell , I've got it booked in at readspeed Thursday but just trying to eliminate any little things I could be doing myself before jerome gets his hands on it ,,
I bought this cutdown off a friend who had it dyno 'd by read speed 3 years ago and had it purring , I'm hoping that it's a simple fix
Any thoughts ?

I had a similar problem recently which came to a head after completing the Coast to Coast this weekend. We suspect it's the LT Coil on the stator plate although I've not stripped it down yet. But it's the prime suspect...
