I have changed my engine spec a bit and I'm trying to dial in my jetting

The spec is
210 Malossi
Sip Head
60m crank
RD reeds
JL RH Exhaust
Fuel pump
Mtech
Lightened Flywheel
28mm Dellorto

50 Pilot
x2 needle top clip
AS 264 Atomiser
40 Slide
140 Main Jet
Air Filter

This Scooter flys and the problem is when at full throttle if I roll of the throttle it pinks like mad. I have tried Riching up the mid range by dropping the needle clip but it makes it to boggy but helps with the pinking. I have ordered a x7 needle and going to use AV atomisers question is is this the correct way to go. Something tells me I need a better carb??????????

I have tried everything but I'm at a loss how can I stop it pinking when rolling of the throttle. I am quite sure it's not the timing please help

For a reed-valve Malossi 210 with 60mm crank, you'll be wanting somethingin the region of a 55 pilot and an AV266 atomiser with an X13 needle. The AS264 is too lean in both length and diameter, and the 50 pilot is too small.

Make the changes, then get it 'fine tuned' on a dyno :)
