There seems to be varying opinion on here regarding choice. Some swear by the BGM product, others a re wired indian with K2 pickup. The BGM is surposed to be better quality, but both are made in the east.Cheers,Speedy.
If you want sparks get a bgm if you want lights get an Indian.
Cheers Jazzy that's as clear as mudJazzy wrote:If you want sparks get a bgm if you want lights get an Indian.
I,'ve only ever had the lt coil or pick up fail on Indian stators, and I've only ever had the lighting side fail on bgm.

Have had neither fail on the BGM (BGM, AF Light and SIL flywheels). I suspect most peoples issues are caused by not setting them up correctly.
For the quality you can't beat the price.

Wish I knew that last year My Indian stator gave up thirteen miles from Seahouses (pick up failed) and with one lift only recovery I chose to take the van-of-shame back to Rutland. (BGM stator now fitted with repaired Indian one packed as a spare).gaz_powell wrote:LCGB Club shop does genuine SIL ones at a good price - Toot will be on hand at C2C
