LI150S are different to SX150's. LI150S if regd in UK should be on either an A B C or D plate-within these, Golden and Special models were produced- there is no way of telling which Golden and Special versions were allocated to which frame number unfortunately.
SX150's will have "SX" on the frame number- there is no such thing as an SX125 BTW.
There was certainly no such model as an "SX150 Golden Special" either!! - probably a back street special knowing your location.........sorry but probably true.

Lots of SX125s for sale though, which are 125 Specials. Even Coxy got that one wrong in his book.

I really do think that where you are does determine what you'll be able to find, by way of any Lambretta resembling the scooter as it was designed/ left the factory. I f you want a Lambretta for 'in-country' use, anything will do as a base scoot

, and the only criteria should be the frame is straight/ not a cut and shut. Anything else is a bonus, that adds to the price, that you'll probably replace anyway. If buying to bring home/ ship to Japan/ sell in Italy/ UK, then I'd research the models actually imported to Thailand and seek out a more fashionably desirable model, to get the higher resale figure (as pretty much all restorations are the same figure v standard of finish, It's the base vehicle that initially costs), or a higher value to pass on to your family
