t5 headset bottom diagram

anyone got an exploded diagram of how the fork attaches to the headset bottom on a square headlight t5 ? ive never done one and cant figure out how it would lock up tight and may be missing some type of lock washer or summat ,any help greatly recieved cheers gav

thanks gaz sorted now was a lock washer short
