Sava tyre, 350:10, Classic B14 Whitewall

Any opinions on these tyres? Wet weather riding? Dry weather handling? Reliability? Planning on doing a number of rallies this summer so I want to put the right rubber on. So I'm looking for a tyre that is bit of an all rounder.
