Vespa clutch cover

Hello there lads,on my P200E, the threads on the three bolts that hold the clutch cover in place,have stripped and will not tighten up,anybody any ideas on how to solve this problem,thanks..
Helicoil is the easiest fix, or tapping out to 7mm.
I prefer to helicoil though.

What size helicoil is it,M6 or M5

the original thread is m6 - I`d helicoil - you can buy a kit for less than a £10 (its a common size so wont come in wrong)
nowt wrong with helicoils in the right situation and done correctly
this is ideal with minimal work and cheap materials
when finished don't over tighten the bolts or you could put studs in and use nuts
