scooterama birmingham

Hi does any one remember a shop called scooterama, I think it was in coften hacket in Birmingham and the name 2 guys who ran it or what there up to these days,this is going back in the mid 80s,I used to travel up from Cardiff to get chroming done and buy a few bits n bobs from them .cheers soupy

It was on the warwick road ,Greet Birmingham . Moved to an industrial unit in Aston Birmingham around 85ish
Ive had this sticker 30 ish years .
I finally got round to putting it on my scooter last year :)

What was the one called on a slight downward hill I think it was just past an iron railway bridge on the right going down the hill

Actually I thinkthat was it what was the other place called im sure it was on a corner of a y junction

If youf talking early to mid 80s ....scooterama and moto continental were the main brum ones , also perrys in west brom
Around 86 Dez and Simon farrell set up shop inside an old bike shop ( the name escapes me atm) on the stratford road just down the road from today's Gran Sport

that was it yes im guessing 82 to 84 I used taffspeed after that

Yes thats the one .

Other ones have popped in to my head over thr course of today. Tom Sallows (real name lol) in Oldbury, Criterion in Dudley , and one in walsall whos name also escapes me :(
