Clutch basket
I'm building a pretty much standard 150 lambretta engine. It has the cush-drive type basket. As i have no other basket to use, would anyone say don't use the cush drive or would you say, in this engine, it's O/K ?

Check the springs out and if no play between the 2 parts I'd use it on a standard. I'd guess Innocenti changed it to the solid riveted one as a cost saving measure as I've only seen one broken one and that had been in a Rapido 225 for a few years, not seen a broken one yet in a standard motor even old imports that have done 1000's of kilometres.
Thanks guys, my thoughts are also, to use it.

Should be fine but is 50 years old. Check the springs carefully and also the rivets.
