Hi all ... Whats the best thing to do if the nipples are broken off the lambretta badge series 2 sidepanel, gutted broke them off while taking off, like to
keep them as there the originals.

Called it a day when mine broke, glued'em on me toolbox & bought some repro's

I'll tell you what i did with a series3 sidepanel badge albeit it had only broken a couple of pins.
I VERY carefully shallow drilled the back off the badge where the pins had broken. Just enough to sit a piece of wire 2mm dia (from memory) and about 4mm long into the recess. I Araldited the pins in.
The next day i put the badge back on and Araldited the back of all the pins, held the badge in place with masking tape for 24hrs. The badge is still there now ............

I did a similar thing but I drilled through the centres of the pins and made some rivets out of soft alloy wire and riveted the badges back on. The original pins acted as locators for the badge.
