I run a 30mm phbh on a rapido 225 classic with MB clubman. Jetting is as follows:-

Main 122

Pilot 52

Av266

X7 needle (position 2)

300 float Valve

Choke 70

Slide 40

Hope this helps,

As a matter of interest, does anyone know the distance from the top of the leggies (Li S3) that these boxes should be fitted? The one I have fits quite snug when I offer it up but looks too low to me :?

^.... I don't know about Sean's boxes, which I have no reason to think are anything other than excellent, but I do agree that so many of the other boxes available are fitted far too low and look really wrong to my eye... like the toolbox is some sort of toe warmer! This is understandable as this is where many of the boxes sit flush, as you say, but I'd rather raise the box and rework as necessary.

Each to their own though :)

Yes Adam, I'd already realised that Mr Angle Grinder is going to have to be put into use, I thing something around 3 to 4 inches looks about right.

Mine is a scoot rs type and is 115mm from the top any higher and the vertical part of the tool box tilts to far back , yes I could grind more of but you start to loose depth
