I have a hydraulic conversion fitted to my inboard innocenti disc and this one is leaking.

It has two seals inside which should be possible to replace - has anyone done this and know where to get hold of them?

Depends which inboard conversion it is.

I've replaced the seals in a taffspeed one, those are out of a metro four pot caliper.

The retailer you got it from?

A place which specialises in brakes/calliper overhaul?

In the way distant past I have had luck going to motor factors. Now they only seem able to use a VINumber. If there is a decent, old fashioned one near you, they may be bothered to have a look.

I had a hydraulic inboard disc on my scooter a few years ago.The seal in the caliper started leaking and I tried everywhere to get a new one of the right size without success.In the end I had to get an o-ring of the same size and fit that.At first I was a bit doubtful about it because an o-ring has a round cross section and a seal is square.In the end I had no choise but to fit it,guess what,it worked and I had no more leaks and a good brake.

Beedspeed have a similar solution made in the same country so might be the same seals.

Scootrs is still to come back to me, I'll report back as soon as I have found out.

Worst case scenario O-rings but the 2 seals are of different thickness/height...

The problem with O rings is they may not have enough elasticity AND grip to retract the piston.
The inner flat face is supposed to grip the piston enough so when you apply the brakes, the seal distorts sideways enough to allow the pads to be pressed on, but grips enough to not leak and is stiff enough to return to its normal shape once the brakes are released, taking the piston with it.
When the pads wear enough, the distortion is too much and the piston slips and slides through the seal, taking up the slack, so you never have to adjust them.
The seal design is more complex than it first appears, it certainly is not there solely to keep the fluid in.
Paul struck lucky for his to not have problems.
I'd keep trying, a guess is that the seals aren't made specifically for Scootrs, they are likely to be available, its just knowing what to ask for.
Have you tried taking it round to places similar to the ones mentioned?

That's a really great explanation thanks! Explains why mine isn't working - the seals are flush with the caliper walls - that can't be right can it? :O

Wouldn't have thought so, it can only seal if it has full circumferential contact with the piston. Does it feel baggy?
When Ross was having a bit of difficulty fitting his Taffspeed one, it was very tight and he had to use a clamp to force it in.
