Does anyone know where I can get a new foam for a mk1 px seat.

In the past I've got a large section of foam from a local Dunelm shop & cut it to size.
Be careful in there, I found it a very unfamiliar environment. Get in, find what you want and get out without looking any old ladies directly in the eye.

You can glue several layers together to get the thickness you need then carve it to the right shape with an electric knife.
Buy the 'high density' stuff. It's surprisingly expensive.
