lambretta fork links

Anybody know the name of the chap from cheltenham who welds/repairs the damper mounts on fork links?
I was talking to him at Worcester parts fair the other week & can't remember his name

ive had a couple of sets of damper mounts put onto drum links by Shocky , excellent job.

i bought a set off him ....top job and a nice bloke to deal with
sending him 3 sets for my next projects highly recommended
