I'm now in between tasks as I wait for one thing or another to be plated, machined, painted or whatever, so I'm getting my carb ready.

It's a 25mm PHBL.

I have :

ancillotti clubman
Stage 4 185cc ali barrel
All cases, manifolds matched
Varitronic (if that makes any difference?)

The current set up is

D22 needle
90 main jet
AQ268 atomiser
40 slide
53 Pilot
60 Starter
Float valve seems to have 3.00 on it, but I'm struggling to read it so that may be BS.

Are these ok settings for running in? Not too bothered if they're overly rich as that's safe and I'll be getting it set up on a dyno once run in.

Someone must have a good idea on this. It's surely one of the most run of the mill set ups around!

Hi I built a Ali barrel 175 for a friend of mine and it was set up with the following settings

25PHBL
needle - D22 2nd clip
MJ - 98
Atomiser - AQ266
slide - 40
PJ - 51
choke - 70
Float - 200

this was with an AF Clubman exhaust, this was after a dyno session. Was setup to run in with a 105 MJ just to keep it a bit rich.
