Mikuni TMX 32 advice

Hi,

I fitted a Mikuni TMX 32 to my Polini evo ( direct induction) and it wouldn't have any of it, so I tried my trusty 34mm Amal and it started second kick.

Having had a closer look it looks like I need to block off the auto-lube inlet.
Has anyone done this and how?

I've also blocked the overflow on the float bowl as it was leaking steadily and adjusting the floats didn't seem to help. I guess it's the angle it sits at on the Honda CR125 manifold.

Also, any tips on jetting?

I'm running a hammerzombie and vespatronic ignition with a unmodified barrel out of the box.

Auto lube soldered up and 320 main jet fitted.
It's running but obviously a trip to the dyno is planned.....
