what's the best way to fill the toolbox door hole, weld in the old door & fill or cut a piece to fit. & can you weld in a stainless door? Cheers

Hi Vic, I filled the toolbox door hole on a GP. The best way I found was to use the original door but tap out the lip on the door flat. This in turn fits the hole in the frame very well. Then I welded it from the back and a few tacks of weld on the front. A little filler in the gap and the job was done.

Nice 1, didn't think about straightening the edges. I'm glad I asked instead of going blundering in. Makes a change!
Thanks
