24mm PHBL jetting

Anyone have any ideas on a jetting set up for a 24mm PHBL, ally 175 with tidied up ports, Ancilotti 42mm big bore, remote filter. had a look at carb set ups not a lot on there for this carb

How about the following, I had similar engine a few years ago and picked up a bit of a database of different settings others have used, picked up from various sites, the first is the one I finished with. Some of the others could be a bit dodgy though

Main. atomiser. slide. Needle. Choke. Pilot.
108. AQ266. 40. D22. 50. 48

110. AQ264. 50. D22. 50. 50

100. AV264. 50. X7. 50. 48

102. AQ262. 50. D22 (2nd clip). 50. 53

95. AQ268. 50. D29. 50. 48

98. AQ264. 50. D22. 50. 48

Lots of people run these in the US so might want to post on the LCUSA board. 9 times out 10 they can be run stock with either the D22 or D29 needle. Main jets tends to be around 100 for those near sea level.

be interested in progress on this, i had this set up on a tv175, but although i had good plug colour i misinterprited heat seizes as jetting when in fact it was the augusto unit and ended up giving up after jetting up and up, i returned to a totally standard set up for davos last year, but would like to go back to the phbl/ancilloti set up
