A mate has a 150 Super that has had a 10" fork conversion and a new chrome spring which appears to have compressed as the wheel is now sitting inside the mudguard as it would when braking. Can anyone recommend a good front spring and in what length? I had a look in SIP's book and they do a 190mm one but wondered how hard it would be to fit.

You can buy the stiffer springs from 20% - 30%, the original GS150 springs ranged from 180 -190 in length and believe it or not this was due to costs and availability (according to the VVC) as they also found GS150's with different length springs. I would also recommend he buys the top and bottom spring mounts & would also consider the BGM front shock.

Where or who did the conversion and is it the Indian 10" forks that are on the scooter or original GS,GL or Rally forks.

Someone else did the forks which are Indian. I'll have a look at the BGM damper. Thanks
