your hoping emailing a Lambretta dealers,
I would ring them after 10 am , Af will certainly do it for you, Post them your barrel by My hermes well wrapped it should cost you a £5
You may get away with a hone and new piston or need to go to 70.6mm or bigger to remove damage or wear

ive used beedspeed in the past but not for a while - no problems on a vespa barrel (tolerances were specified by me)

I ve used AF for both lambretta and vespa.

Cost at AF last time was £15 and they did it while I waited during the week which was good - they checked the bore and we discussed clearance etc (Ben did it) - no problems

I now have someone about 15 miles away who does them but he shuts for 2/3 months in the winter which can be a problem.

where are you ?

To be fair to AF, I've phoned them on half a dozen occassions over the last few months and have never had a problem getting through. I think you need to pick your times.
