Getting feedup with this. The petrol tap works, I've put a Cosa float bowl on and a sprung needle but it still floods, more when I try and restart it after 10-20 minutes. It sometimes even starts slightly then just dies. After a week or so it sometimes starts after 2 kicks but it can easily flood.

you know the problem. put a standard float bowl and needle in and it will cure it. them SIP and Beedspeed fastflow taps never turn off properly as well. got one on mine and if I take the carb off ive gotta put a 6mm bolt up the fuel pipe to stop the petrol coming out.

Mine was doing this all through the summer until I changed the float & needle for a full kit off beedspeed ... never had a prob with the SIP tap though
