Koso Stage 6 digital EGT - battery???

Does the Koso Stage 6 EGT meter require a battery to run?

No...
Stage 6 produce a 9v add-on to connect with the meter.

Cool, so all I would have to do is connect the sensor to my exhaust? I take it with this battery I wouldn't need to mess about with any electrics? Hide this battery in my tool box :D

Do you have one of these Giankx???

Yes, you just have to make a small hole in the pipe and connect to the small battery. I hide it in the toolbox too!

Same quality as the Koso ones. It's quite cheap, but it works. Pay attention to the cable routing, they do not look really strong.

Thanks, the wife has bought me the Stage6 one for Christmas. From what I've read it should do the job :D
