Arrived at work this morning and my nearside damper was just hanging downwards?! It looks like it has come away from the bush which is still bolted to the lower mount?! Not sure how sideways movement like this has happened!! Anyone else experienced this before? I've pushed it back on but will take of later and maybe try pushing it back in with loctite. Any advice?

Common problem you nead an repair washer on the outside I think its a 19mm one that has a 4 mm hole that needs to be drilled to 6mm
actually you can get them the correct size just check the size of the bottom locating eye on your damper

This makes sense. The current small washer only holds the bush in position. The bigger washer will cover the whole fitting.

10p piece with a hole drilled through the middle does the job perfectly, you can do both dampers for ....(shoes and socks off to count....) 80p! :D
