Lots of hp, torque curve looks sad. What gearing are you using?

Sad? Lol. 22ft-lbs torque, with only a slight taper down to 20ft-lbs before power finishes, due to rich/street jetting. I'm sure it would gain 1hp and 1ft-lb at peak with race jetting.

Gearing is Indian GP200 with 4.8 final drive.

Serious power from a Ts1 , reading the post i see it's tuned by yourselves , but can you tell me and i'm asking as a tuning novice where do you get all that power from and doe's that exhaust play a very big part? Thanks and keep the posts up i love these, Lammer205

A culmination of components, build quality and porting. The exhaust plays a huge part.

It was his road-going tour scooter/engine. Previously built by myself with LTH clutch, a Koyo bearings, race crank etc and a Franspeed Tour pipe. I think Gav has been drawn into the bhp willy-waggling by Frank and Co. Lol :)

It's a road-legal, weekend blast-around and occasional sprint engine. But it's still got his full tour chassis, massive fuel tank, rear rack, Legshield toolbox, rear disc brake etc.....it's a very heavy scoot. I've told him it needs to lose a bit of timber.....
