Stator plate values

Anyone got any values so I can test an electronic stator.
Scooter starts to run bad and miss when hot.
Its a Motoplat ignition, looks like a big red ring on the stator.
And as the regulator has melted, can I just swap it for a Vespa 5 pin one??

I have a working Motoplat I can measure. (12V)

Even if I do find the readings out, are they fixable??

Sorted now,
Took a good look at the stator and it has heat blisters busting out from inside, that says to me that its fecked.
Decided to do a straight swap for Varitronic, and new loom for ease and tidyness.
