Hi, has anyone encountered problems when fitting ? The diameter on the one I've been sent is a mile out, I reckon I'd need to file half the tubing thickness to get it to fit over the exhaust port stub on the cylinder. Surely this can't be the norm?

I had a similar problem. What I done was chamfer the exhaust port on an old standard barrel to get the exhaust on and when i got it on I used a blow torch to heat the exhaust so it would expand, left it to cool down and then offered it up to the barrel on the scooter, perfect fit.
