Better Head for a Rally 200?

Is there a better cylinder head for a Rally 200?

In what way better? There are original heads for the '12HP' engine and then lower compression ones with 'USA' cast next to the part number for the 10HP engines. SIP have some megasuper heads for various 210s etc. Maybe one for a standard 200, bit 'overkill' though?
