I am fault finding at the moment, got something wrong with my electrics.

When I kick the kickstart and the ignition is off the lights on my SIP speedo and my EGT light up - is this normal? I would of thought nothing would be live with the key on off???

Depends where you tapped into to get your 12v for the guages, before or after the switch.
