Lambro 200cc barrel + piston

A mate has just picked up,what he has been told,is a 'Lambro 200' barrel,and piston,question is......,will this fit on a normal Lambretta engine??,having not seen one,i cant help him,but im sure someone on here will know!!

Fits a standard 200 casing, takes a small block manifold (non 200 stud spacing), and has odd port timings.... but does work... just doesn't rev well.
