px 125 cowling distance long nuts for me as well, one cut down, one normal length, drilled and a bit of wire . the extra thread on the stud stop it coming loose as well.

Use a chain guide tab washer.Cut it in half,drill the hole to m7,place over the stud,bend the cut part over the manifold and tighten the exhaust nut,then bend the tab against the nut.Do the same with the other one.essexgp wrote:Anybody know where i can get some wired exhaust nuts, tried evilbay but no luck
