Hi all, I've just tried fitting a set of remade GP forks and the headset sits so low it catches on the steering lock lug and will foul the legshields. All the steering cones are fully home as is the bearing race on the forks. Could someone please post the lengths of both the frame tube and fork stem for me? Something isn't right and these measurements will be my 1st port of call. Thanks in advance Pete.

Cheers for that, I also found the lengths in Sticky's book. My measurements are ( with fork bearing race removed )
From bottom to middle of steering stop 326mm
From bottom to start of thread 372mm
From bottom to top of stem 435mm
Not massively out but will this amount cause the problems I'm having?
