Folks,

getting toward the paint stage of my restoration and still haven't decided on colour.

I do however want to paint it in one of the original LI125 colours. Celeste 8035 and Grigio 8068 are easy to find codes for and are both contenders, but i can't find any details about the beige paint, nor can i find any pictures of it.

Would anyone be so kind as to post some pictures or even better give me a paint code.

thanks

Hi Hendy

In the Lambretta Global Paint Codes website it lists two beige codes, 8029 for LD's etc. and 8036 but states model not known, could be this maybe? My personal favourite is the pale duck egg of Li125's, looks really 60's

Chris

Get in touch with Eric at 2nd Ave Scooters

http://2ndavenuescooters.com/

He has an original beige LI in his shop and should be able to get you a correct color code match for it.

Thanks for your offer, but I've been a naughty boy and painted it in non standard ral9001 now. I really think it would be great if someone (I.e. You :D ) would get a beige one analysed and the results posted so that this colour wasn't lost. It seems a real shame.

Thanks again

Hendy
