Scootrs anti dive

Anyone have instructions on how to add this to standard Scootrs disc set up. Looks straight forwardish but any tips always appreciated.

It's more a less a straight like for like replacement. Set the clamp about half way between it's lowest and highest setting. Try it for a few miles then try it on higher and lower positions to see which you prefer. Replace all the parts, inc axle and short spacer even though they look similar to the existing ones.

I set mine so that the upper and lower axis are parallel and all brackets are square. My first attempt had the bracket too low with the result that the link rod was bending on braking

I thought it was fine as there was a little dive still but then the bracket slipped round the fork and the link went over centre. Set it all square and parallel and it is brilliant now.

You should use the weld on tab now Colin.

Is there a spec.for welding the tab on?

Most get it where they like the feel with the bolt on version and get the mount welded on there.

TBH mine isn't a scootRs set up so don't have the tab.....I'm still borrowing Peach's (Angry Blokes) LTH bracket
