I may need to cut/grind some barrel fins off the barrel, It is a tuned engine, is this a complete no. Im not sure how much or how many, want to know before I go any further with this project.

On my Lammy, I fitted an 'Atomic' large reed block to the barrel & quite a lot was removed, no affects whatsoever.

Had an incident recently where the top fin of my rally cylinder fractured. It was welded but failed soon after. Spoke to Beedspeed who said they often have taken off the whole top fin before now on tuned scoots.......so dont worry too much about it:-)
