Just checked my deep flywheel cowling, and the depth of the rim flange (that bolts to the mag flange) is 59mm externally. On the inside it clears the fins on an Indian electronic flywheel by only a few mm.

I'm using the deep ones on my Avanti and TS1 with mid weight short fin flywheels with no issues. You just have to file or dremel the holes into slots so the cowl pushes further on. Just keep deepening the slots until the cowl is JUST clearing the fan. There will be a few mm of cowl overhanging the rear of the mag housing but this is totally undetectable on the scooter but you will need to grind it away towards the rear to make it easier to fit/remove the rear tyre.
