Suzuki 190

I want to rebore out to a 190 for a 64 piston. I have a standard con rod as opposed to a Tv one. question I have is does this mean I have to shorten the piston skirt as well as the cylinder top and bottom?

Cut both sides of the piston skirt to 62mm.

Have Beene by reliable source that I can get one to fit 108 rod, so going that way as less cost
